Delhi Fire Service Handled Over 4 Lakh Calls, 6,611 Deaths in 15 Years

For 15 years, they've answered over 400,000 calls for help!
Sadly, during this time, many people, over 6,600, lost their lives in accidents like fires or when buildings fell down.
The number of calls and deaths has gone up a lot in the last few years, especially in 2023 and 2024.
Sometimes fires are small, but other times they are very big and dangerous, like ones that happened in factories or buildings where many people lived or worked.
The fire department has many trucks and stations ready to help, day and night, to keep everyone in Delhi safe.
