Goyal Concludes Europe Tour, Pushes India-EU FTA
Piyush Goyal, India's commerce minister, recently visited four European countries: Spain, Belgium, Finland, and Estonia.
He met with important leaders and business people to talk about making trade and investment easier between India and these countries.
They discussed a big agreement called the India-EU Free Trade Agreement (FTA) that could make it easier for both sides to trade.
They also talked about using new technologies like digital payments, artificial intelligence, and clean energy.
Goyal invited European companies to set up factories in India to serve global markets.
Both sides agreed to work together in many areas like automotive, pharmaceuticals, and renewable energy.
