Gujarat Launches Seva Samadhan Portal for Teachers’ Service Matters
The Gujarat government created an online service portal for schoolteachers.
It is called Seva Samadhan.
Teachers can use it from a smartphone or other device.
They can request help with pay, leave, provident funds, pensions and salary arrears.
Each request receives an application number and a message confirming submission.
Teachers can see where their request is in the process.
They can also keep an application open if the problem is not resolved.
Officials hope this will reduce paperwork and give teachers more time to teach.
Gujarat launched Seva Samadhan to handle schoolteachers’ service-related applications online.
The portal is intended to serve nearly three lakh teachers and reduce office visits.
It covers pay-grade changes, provident funds, leave, pensions, arrears and travel concessions.
OTP login and Teacher Code route applications to the appropriate education officer.
Teachers can track applications through submission, verification, decision and feedback stages.
