Sensex, Nifty Rise Fourth Straight Session, Oil Prices Drop
The Sensex and Nifty are two big stock market indexes in India.
On Monday, they both went up for the fourth day in a row.
Prices of oil around the world went down, which made investors feel better because India imports a lot of oil.
Tech companies like Infosys and Tata Consultancy Services helped the indexes climb higher.
Experts say the Nifty needs to stay above a certain level, 24,400, to keep going up.
Sensex rose 544 points to 78,639.03, Nifty up 391 points to 24,774.30.
Lower global crude oil prices helped lift investor sentiment.
IT stocks such as Infosys and Tata Consultancy Services led gains.
Nifty MidCap and SmallCap indices also advanced 1.21% and 1.29%.
Analysts warn Nifty must stay above 24,400 support to avoid pullback.
