Knowledge Realty Trust OFS Opens With ₹7,992 Crore Base Issue
Knowledge Realty Trust is offering some existing units for investors to buy.
The offer is called an offer for sale, or OFS.
The units are priced at a minimum of ₹108 each.
The initial sale could raise ₹7,992 crore for the existing sellers.
More units may be offered if investor demand is strong.
Large investors can bid on August 31, while retail investors can bid on September 1.
At least 10% of the units are reserved for retail investors, and at least 25% are reserved for mutual funds and insurance companies.
The sale is intended to increase the portion of the Trust owned by the public.

The sellers are offering up to 74 crore units initially, with a greenshoe option for another 37 crore units.
The total offer could reach 111 crore units, or 25.03% of the Trust’s unit capital, valued at about ₹11,988 crore.
Non-retail investors can bid on August 31, 2026, while retail investors can bid on September 1 through separate BSE and NSE windows.
