Speakers Say Sri Sri’s Literature Remains Relevant Across Generations

A new book about the Telugu poet Sri Sri was released in Tirupati.

The book was written by Prof PC Venkateswarlu.

Several speakers discussed why Sri Sri’s writing still matters today.

They said his poems and questions were connected to the problems of his time.

They also said many of those questions are still not fully answered.

BV Raghavulu said the Communist movement helped Telugu writers become better known.

He mentioned Kandukuri Veeresalingam and Gurajada Apparao as examples.

Other speakers praised the book as careful research.

They believed it could remain useful to students and researchers.
