Jim Harbaugh Faces 10-Year NCAA Show-Cause Penalty

Jim Harbaugh Faces 10-Year NCAA Show-Cause Penalty

The NCAA is punishing people involved in the Michigan Wolverines sign-stealing case.

The coach, Jim Harbaugh, got a 10-year "show-cause" penalty, which means it's hard for him to coach in the NCAA again.

Other people, like Connor Stalions and Denard Robinson, also got similar penalties, but for shorter times.

If a school wants to hire a coach with this penalty, they have to explain it to the NCAA.

The purpose of these penalties is to prevent coaches from avoiding punishment by switching schools.
