IIM Calcutta to Launch AI-First Online MBA for Professionals
IIM Calcutta, a top business school in India, wants to start a new online MBA that uses a lot of artificial intelligence.
It will take two years and is meant for people who already have jobs.
Students will learn through the school’s own online platform.
After finishing, they will get the same degree as students who study on campus.
They will also become lifelong alumni of IIM Calcutta.
The program will teach AI in every subject and have special AI courses each year.
IIM Calcutta plans a two‑year AI‑first online MBA for working professionals.
The programme will be blended, delivered via the institute’s own online platform.
Graduates will receive the same Master of Business Administration degree as on‑campus students.
Alumni status will be granted for life to online MBA graduates.
AI content is embedded in every discipline and dedicated AI courses are offered each year.
