Vet Shares Monsoon Care Tips for Dogs and Cats

Vet Shares Monsoon Care Tips for Dogs and Cats

When it rains a lot, dogs and cats can get sick more easily.

A dog doctor named Nishanth Verma from Delhi gave some helpful tips.

Dogs love to jump in puddles, but wet paws can get sore and infected.

After a rainy walk, you should wash your dog's paws and dry them well, especially between the toes.

Dogs with floppy ears can get ear infections, so their ears need gentle cleaning.

You should not bathe your dog too often, only every two or three weeks with special shampoo.

Cats need care too, like a clean and dry litter box.

Rainy weather brings ticks and fleas, so pets need medicine to keep them away.

Pets should drink fresh water and not drink from puddles.

If it is raining too hard, you can play indoor games with your pet instead of walking.

If your pet seems very sick, you should visit the veterinarian.
