Bengaluru Hosts Brain Health Awareness Initiative

Gleneagles BGS Hospital in Bengaluru organized an event called 'Breathe for the Brain 2.0' to celebrate World Brain Day.

Over 250 people joined to learn about brain health.

The event started with breathing exercises and meditation to help manage stress.

Doctors talked about common brain problems like strokes, headaches, and memory loss.

They explained how to spot early signs of these issues and the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

The hospital's COO, Ravi Bagali, said the event shows people are interested in taking care of their brain health.

The hospital plans to keep organizing such events to educate the public.
