SRM AP Launches UNITES Society for Sustainable Solutions
SRM University-AP and APSCHE created a new group called the UNITES Global Innovation Society.
It is designed to help different kinds of experts work together.
These experts include scientists, teachers, businesses, government agencies and young researchers.
They will try to find useful answers to difficult sustainability problems.
The group says people should look at the problem first and choose academic subjects afterward.
SRM AP’s Centre for Interdisciplinary Research will host the society.
Its first major event, UNITES 2026, will take place from December 27 to 29.
The event will discuss how physics connects with matter, light and life, and will include a national science and technology expo.
