Karl Lagerfeld and AARK Developers Launch Luxury Residences in Ras Al Khaimah
Karl Lagerfeld and AARK Developers have teamed up to build a fancy new place to live by the beach in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
They signed an agreement on December 10th in Paris.
The project, called KARL LAGERFELD Residences, will have 663 homes with beautiful sea views, including some with private pools.
There will also be special villas and lots of cool places to hang out, like cafes, a beach club, and a sky bar with an infinity pool.
The whole thing is worth about USD 1.4 billion and is set to be finished in 2028.
This is Karl Lagerfeld's second big project in the Middle East, and they plan to tell everyone about it in Dubai in early 2026.
