Abu Dhabi Launches Free UAE Visa Offer for Indian Tourists
Abu Dhabi is a city in a country called the United Arab Emirates, or UAE.
It has started a special offer just for visitors from India.
If Indian tourists book their holiday through certain approved travel companies, they do not have to pay for their entry visa.
Normally, a tourist visa costs about 252 dirhams, which is around 6,500 rupees.
To get the free visa, visitors must stay at least three nights at a hotel in Abu Dhabi.
They also need to book a return flight from India as part of the same booking.
The offer started on August 1 and will last until October 31.
Tourists cannot get the free visa if they apply on their own; they must book through approved travel partners or online travel agencies.
This is Abu Dhabi's way of welcoming more visitors from India.
Abu Dhabi's Department of Culture and Tourism launched a programme offering free UAE entry visas to eligible Indian tourists.
The programme runs from August 1 to October 31, according to a Gulf News report.
Eligible travellers must book through approved travel partners or online travel agencies, with a minimum three-night stay at an Abu Dhabi hotel and a return flight from India.
A standard 30-day UAE tourist visa costs around AED 252 (approximately Rs 6,500), making the waiver a saving for eligible travellers.
