L&T Wins Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train Project Order
L&T, a big company, has been given a new job for the Mumbai-Ahmedabad bullet train project.
They will build a special track that allows trains to go super fast, up to 320 kilometers per hour!
This new project will be a large order and L&T will construct 156 kilometers of tracks.
They are using a special Japanese technology for the tracks.
This is not the first time L&T is working on this project.
L&T has secured a large order for the Mumbai-Ahmedabad bullet train project.
The order is for the construction of 156 route km of high-speed ballastless track.
The contract is from the National High Speed Rail Corporation Ltd (NHSRCL).
The project utilizes Japanese Shinkansen J Slab Track Technology.
L&T is now responsible for over 50% of the track-works in MAHSR.
