LifeCell, Shraddha Diagnostics Partner to Expand Advanced Diagnostics in Gujarat
LifeCell International and Shraddha Diagnostics are two companies in India that help doctors find out what is making people sick.
LifeCell is a big company that does many kinds of medical tests.
Shraddha Diagnostics is a smaller company that runs testing labs in two cities called Ahmedabad and Surat.
The two companies have decided to work together as partners.
When companies partner, they share their skills and tools to do an even better job.
Their combined business in a place called Gujarat will be run under the name Shraddha LifeCell.
Together, they will offer about 4,500 different medical tests.
Some tests are routine, and some are very special, like tests for cancer or tests that help families have babies.
Doctors and patients across all of Gujarat will be able to use these tests.
The goal is to make it easier for everyone to get good medical care with a wider choice of tests.

Shraddha Diagnostics brings a network of six laboratories and four centres across Ahmedabad and Surat to the partnership.
Together the companies will offer a combined portfolio of approximately 4,500 diagnostic tests, covering routine pathology as well as genomics, oncology, transplant and IVF diagnostics.
The partnership aims to extend services across the entire state of Gujarat, strengthening quality, accessibility, technology and the patient experience.
