Chhattisgarh Signs Two MoUs for Data-Driven Infrastructure Planning

Chhattisgarh Signs Two MoUs for Data-Driven Infrastructure Planning

Chhattisgarh has signed two agreements to use maps, location information and logistics data more effectively.

The agreements involve BISAG-N and National Logistics Data Services Ltd.

They are part of the PM GatiShakti programme.

The goal is to help the government plan roads, transport and other infrastructure better.

More than 35 state departments are already using the platform.

The state has created tools to find road accident-prone areas and improve bus routes.

The data is also being used to identify villages that need better banking access.

Chhattisgarh says these efforts can support connectivity, investment and economic growth.
