PMO Orders Coal India to List All Subsidiaries by 2030
The Prime Minister's Office in India has told Coal India, a big company that digs most of the country's coal, to list all its smaller companies on the stock market by 2030.
This means people can buy and sell shares in these companies.

Two more, South Eastern Coalfields Ltd and Mahanadi Coalfields Ltd, will be listed in the next financial year.
The goal is to make the company more transparent and better run.
The process is already started, with some companies filing papers with the market regulator.
PMO directs Coal India to list all subsidiaries by 2030 to improve governance and transparency.
