India-UK Free Trade Agreement Expected to Boost Chemical Exports
India and the UK have made a deal called a free trade agreement, or FTA.
This means it will be easier for companies in both countries to trade goods.
One big change is that it's now cheaper for India to sell chemicals to the UK, as taxes on these chemicals are gone.
Right now, India sells about $570 million of chemicals to the UK, and it's expected to increase to $650-750 million in the next year.
This is because the new agreement removes taxes, making it easier and cheaper to trade.
India and the UK signed a free trade agreement (FTA).
The FTA is expected to boost India's chemical exports to the UK.
