ED Raids Bikaner Premises in Hawala Transaction Probe
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) is investigating possible illegal money transfers, called hawala transactions, in Bikaner.
They raided six locations belonging to Mohammad Sadiq and others linked to him.
The raids began early Tuesday morning and involved searches and investigations.
The ED team was also seen at the residence of a former Congress councillor.
Armed security was present to secure the area.
While sources suggest the investigation is linked to hawala transactions and potentially Palestinian links, the ED has not released an official statement.
ED conducted raids on six premises in Bikaner.
The raids are connected to suspected international hawala transactions.
The raids began around 5 am on Tuesday.
