Park Medi World Acquires KP Institute

Park Medi World, a big hospital company, has bought KP Institute of Medical Sciences (KPIMS) in Agra for ₹245 crore.

This new hospital has 360 beds and will help Park Medi World grow in North India.

The company plans to make the hospital better by improving its services and making it more efficient.

Park Medi World already has 14 hospitals with 3,250 beds and is adding more hospitals, which will increase their total bed capacity to 5,260 by 2028.

The new hospital in Agra is in a good location and is accredited, which means it meets high standards of care.

This deal will help Park Medi World provide better healthcare to more people in the region.

The acquisition is expected to be finalized by February 28, 2026, and does not require any special approvals.

The company's shares had a muted market debut and ended slightly lower on the day of the announcement.
