Kerala BJP Chief Criticizes Student Protest Leaders
The Kerala BJP president, Rajeev Chandrasekhar, recently criticized the leaders of student protests in Delhi.
He shared an old social media post by Saurav Das, a leader of the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP), where Das praised Umar Khalid, a jailed student activist.
Chandrasekhar warned students and parents to be careful about who they support, suggesting that some protest leaders have ideologies that could divide the country.
He also stated that violent protests would not be tolerated and that anyone trying to undermine India's democracy should be opposed.
This comes after photos and old posts of Das meeting Khalid resurfaced during recent protests over exam irregularities.
