Heavy Rains Swell Vamsadhara, Nagavali; Officials Warn Residents
Heavy rain fell across Andhra Pradesh for three days.
The rain was linked to a recent deep depression.
This caused rivers, streams and ponds to fill with more water.
The Vamsadhara and Nagavali rivers are receiving large amounts of floodwater.
Officials warned people living near the rivers to be careful.
They said swimming and fishing could be dangerous.
Warning levels have been issued at Narayanapuram and Gotta Barrage.
Emergency teams are ready to help if problems occur.
