Engineering Colleges Must Follow Fee Rules: NCST to Universities
Some students from weaker sections complained that a college was charging too much for tuition.
The government told the college to follow the rules for how much they can charge.
A special group looked into it and told universities to check if all the engineering colleges are doing the same.
The universities are supposed to make sure colleges don't keep student certificates.
The college claimed everything was fine and followed the rules.
However, the group didn't think that was true.
They told the universities to check the colleges carefully.
