KCR Urges Longer Assembly Session, Plans Telangana Irrigation Protest

K. Chandrasekhar Rao, who leads the BRS party, met with his party’s lawmakers.

He told them to ask for the Assembly meeting to continue for 15 to 20 days.

He wants them to discuss problems faced by people.

KCR criticized the Congress government led by Revanth Reddy.

He said people are upset because promises were not kept.

He also plans to travel across the state and highlight problems with irrigation projects.

A large march involving up to one lakh people may be held.

KCR said either he or KTR could lead the march, but that decision has not been made.
