Meta Brings Instagram and Facebook Reels Directly to WhatsApp
Meta is adding a new feature to WhatsApp.
It connects WhatsApp with Instagram and Facebook.
People will be able to see photos, videos, Stories, posts, and Reels from those apps inside WhatsApp.
They will not need to download Reels before sharing them on WhatsApp.
The feature is being introduced slowly.
This means it may not be available to everyone immediately.
Meta says its apps are becoming more connected.
WhatsApp is the latest app to receive this cross-platform feature.
Meta is rolling out a WhatsApp feature connecting it more closely with Instagram and Facebook.
Users will be able to access Instagram and Facebook photos, videos, Stories, posts, and Reels inside WhatsApp.
The feature is intended to let users share Reels on WhatsApp without downloading them first.
The rollout is happening gradually rather than becoming available to everyone at once.
The update is part of Meta’s broader effort to make its apps work more closely together.
