Odisha emerges as top state for MSMEs
Odisha has become the best state in India for small and medium businesses.
The government is helping these businesses grow by approving projects quickly and investing a lot in building roads and other infrastructure.
This helps create jobs and makes the economy stronger.
The chief minister said that small businesses are very important because they create most of the jobs and help the country become self-reliant.
The government is also working with groups like 'Laghu Udyog Bharati' to support more than 980 industrial units.
They want Odisha to be the best place for small businesses in eastern India.
Odisha is now the most attractive state in India for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
The 'Go Swift Single Window' system approves projects in a single day, not months.
6.1% of Odisha's GDP has been invested in infrastructure, the highest in India.
The MSME sector contributes to 90% of world businesses and 50% of all employment.
The state government is promoting indigenous products, empowering MSMEs, and supporting artisans.
