Kokapet Plots Sold for Record Rs 151 Crore per Acre

In Hyderabad, two big pieces of land in a place called Neopolis Layout in Kokapet were sold for a lot of money.

One piece was sold for Rs 151.25 crore per acre, and another for Rs 147.75 crore per acre.

This is a lot more than the minimum price set for these lands.

The people who bought these lands paid a total of Rs 1,352.71 crore just for these two pieces.

This sale is part of a series of land auctions, and so far, they have made Rs 2,708 crore in total.

The lands were bought by different groups of people and a big company called Godrej Properties Ltd.

The people in charge of the sale, called HMDA, said that this shows that Neopolis is now a very popular place for big builders.

They also said that the next sales might be just as successful.
