Supreme Court Halts BPSL Liquidation, Will Rehear Case
The Supreme Court is taking a second look at its decision about Bhushan Power & Steel Limited (BPSL).
They had previously decided to sell off BPSL, but now they think the first decision was not correct and didn't follow all the rules.
The court is also considering the potential impact on 25,000 jobs.
The case involves a plan from JSW Steel, which was rejected earlier.
The Supreme Court will revisit the case, and the new hearing is scheduled for next Thursday.
