GMCH-32 Launches Patient Feedback System
GMCH-32 has started a new system where patients can give feedback about their hospital experience.
They can do this online or by scanning QR codes in the hospital.
The feedback helps the hospital understand what is good and what needs to be improved.
The hospital is also working on a digital system that will make everything from appointments to medical records available online.
This will make things easier for patients and staff.
Patients with an ABHA ID will be able to access their medical history securely without needing physical cards.
The hospital believes this will make healthcare better and more efficient.
GMCH-32 introduced a patient feedback system for sharing experiences on treatment quality, waiting time, and staff behavior.
Feedback can be submitted online or via QR codes, eliminating the need for physical complaint registers.
Patients rate their experience on a scale of 1 to 4 across four modules: registration, clinical care, support services, and overall experience.
The feedback system aims to identify patterns and guide policy decisions for continuous quality enhancement.
GMCH-32 is also implementing an e-hospital system to digitize the entire patient journey, including registration, appointments, and medical records.
