Saumitra Vihar Housing Scheme Launching Next Month In Lucknow
Imagine a new neighborhood being built in Lucknow, called Saumitra Vihar.
The government is building it, and it will have around 2,000 plots for people to buy and build homes on.
It's the first project of its kind using a special method where farmers gave land and get plots in return.
The plots will be available in different sizes, from small to medium.
This new area will include homes, shops, schools and parks, with a lake and a convention center.
The price per square foot will range between Rs 2,200 and Rs 2,700.
The aim is to create a modern and well-planned community.
The Uttar Pradesh Housing Board is launching the Saumitra Vihar Housing Scheme.
The scheme is located near New Jail Road in Lucknow.
Around 2,000 residential plots will be available in the first phase.
The project uses a land pooling model, offering higher returns to farmers.
