MHA Approves Complete CISF Withdrawal From RINL By November 17

The Ministry of Home Affairs has approved removing CISF personnel from the RINL steel plant.

CISF protects important industrial facilities.

The removal is expected to finish by November 17.

A three-month notice period is required before the change happens.

The plant currently has 1,331 approved CISF positions.

These include security staff and fire-safety staff.

RINL must pay any money it still owes before the withdrawal.

Officials have not yet said who will take over the plant’s security and fire protection.
