Students Celebrate Pradhan's Resignation Amid NEET Protests

In Bhopal, hundreds of students and people from all age groups protested against the NEET paper leak and the deteriorating education system.

They gathered at the Board Office Square, distributing Melody toffees and carrying roses.

They raised humorous and satirical slogans like 'Gandhi ji ko revive karo' and 'Agli baar educated sarkar'.

The protesters demanded the resignation of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and a better education system.

Similar protests have been happening in other cities like Indore, Barwani, Sheopur, Betul, Rewa, Satna, and Narmadapuram for the past 27 days.

Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan resigned on July 26, 2026, following sustained protests.

Students celebrated the resignation by waving the national flag, distributing sweets, and bursting firecrackers.

The protesters clarified that their broader fight would continue until their demands for complete transparency and reforms in the examination system were addressed.
