IITM Opens in Hyderabad with Global Exhibitors
The India International Travel Mart (IITM) started in Hyderabad on Thursday.
It is a big event where people from the travel and tourism industry come together.
The event will run for three days and will end on December 7.
Over 200 exhibitors from many states in India and 10 different countries are showing their tourism products.
These products include fun trips, adventure travel, medical tourism, weddings in special places, and business travel events.
The event was opened by Valluru Kranthi, who is the director of the tourism department.
She said that IITM helps in promoting tourism and making new friends in the industry.
A senior official from Karnataka said that such events help states find new markets and show what makes them special.
