College student found dead in Lucknow home; police suspect suicide

An 18-year-old college student named Upasana Sheel was found dead in her home in Lucknow.

The police think she might have taken her own life.

She was a first-year psychology student at Maharishi University.

Her family last saw her in a normal state late on Monday night.

The next morning, they found her hanging from a ceiling fan with a dupatta.

The family cut her down and called the police.
