Pakistan Intensifies Anti-Insurgency Operation in Balochistan
Pakistan's security forces are fighting against terrorists in the Balochistan province.
They started a big operation called Operation Shaban on July 6.
So far, they have killed about 140 terrorists.
The terrorists are part of groups like the TTP and the Balochistan Liberation Army.
These groups have been attacking police and other people, killing many and even blowing up bridges.
The government is trying to stop them and make the area safe again.
The terrorists, on the other hand, are fighting back and demanding money for people they have kidnapped.
Pakistan's security forces have killed around 140 terrorists in Balochistan since July 6 under Operation Shaban.
The operation was intensified after an attack on a police compound in Ziarat district killed nine policemen and abducted 18 cadets.
Insurgent groups, including TTP and Balochistan Liberation Army, are carrying out attacks and abductions in retaliation.
Security forces have destroyed terrorist hideouts and arrested suspected female suicide bombers.
