Delhi Police Honours 16 Students for Policing Tech Solutions
The Delhi Police had a special program called the Summer Internship Programme where students could work with police officers.
Students who study technology, such as computers and engineering, were invited to join.
More than 400 students wanted to take part, but only 16 were chosen.
These students came from well-known schools like IIT Delhi and Delhi Technological University.
During the program, the students worked with police mentors on real problems the police face every day.
They built four technology tools that help with office work, internal tasks, and services for citizens.
At the end, the students were honoured at the Police Headquarters.
The Police Commissioner gave each student a certificate and a souvenir as a thank you.
The police chief praised the students for their creativity, hard work, and technical skills.
The program shows how students can use what they learn in school to help the public.
