Delhi High Court Restores CBSE Affiliation for Secondary Classes

The Delhi High Court has decided to let a private school in Delhi, called Khemo Devi Public School, keep its connection with the CBSE for classes up to 10th grade.

The CBSE had earlier said the school couldn't be part of it because it didn't meet some rules.

But the court said that taking away this connection would hurt the students too, so it let the school keep it.

The court also told the CBSE to check the school again after some time to make sure everything is okay.

The school had some problems like not having enough good teachers and some students who weren't really attending school.

But the school said they were fixing these problems, and the court believed them.
