Reliance selects 225 engineering students in Gujarat placement drive

The Gujarat government organized a special job fair for Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) to help engineering students from government colleges find jobs.

The event was held at LD College of Engineering in Ahmedabad from December 1 to 4.

Around 3,800 students registered, and 225 degree-engineering students were selected.

The government wants to help students get jobs and encourage companies to hire more locally.

This is the first time the government has organized such a big job fair for a single company.

The goal is to have more Gujarati workers in Gujarat's industries.
