IIT Indore Unveils AI System 'AeroVision' for Air Quality Forecast
Imagine a weather forecast, but for air!
Scientists at IIT Indore created AeroVision, a system that predicts air quality up to six days in advance.
It uses smart computer programs (AI) to analyze pollution, weather, and other information.
AeroVision tells you the levels of different air pollutants and gives you a color-coded Air Quality Index.
Green means the air is good, while purple means it's unhealthy.
This helps people, communities, and leaders plan activities and take steps to stay healthy, like avoiding outdoor activities when the air quality is bad.
IIT Indore developed AeroVision, a six-day air quality forecasting system.
The system uses AI, analyzing air quality and weather data.
AeroVision predicts levels of six key pollutants with over 95% accuracy.
It provides a color-coded Air Quality Index (AQI) based on Indian standards.
The system aims to help people plan activities and mitigate health impacts.
