SP Delegation Visits Family of Girl Allegedly Killed by Constable
A 10-year-old girl was allegedly attacked and killed in Gorakhpur.
Police said a constable took her away from a hospital on July 28.
Her family said she had gone there to bring food to her sister.
Police examined many CCTV cameras to identify the accused.
The constable was arrested the next day.
The girl’s body was found about 36 hours later.
Her family wants strict punishment for whoever is responsible.

A Samajwadi Party delegation visited the family of a 10-year-old girl in Gorakhpur.
The girl was allegedly raped and killed by constable Abhishek Yadav on July 28.
Police said the accused took her from a district hospital to a cremation ground and later dumped her body in a river.
The accused was arrested on July 29 after police examined nearly 200 CCTV cameras.
The SP gave the family Rs 1 lakh and promised a government job if it forms the government.
