Bhopal Court Orders BMC Compliance in Pipeline Recovery Case
The Bhopal District Court has told the Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC) to follow its orders in a case about a water pipeline.
The court wants the BMC to take Rs 1,26,70,498 from a company called Tapi Prestressed Products Ltd.
and give it to another company, M/s Group Four Engineering.
The BMC did not do this even after three warnings.
The court has now given them until December 11 to show they have done it.
If they don't, they will have to come to court and explain why.
Bhopal District Court issued a strict reminder to BMC for non-compliance in Kolar’s water pipeline recovery case.
Court ordered deduction of Rs 1,26,70,498 from Tapi Prestressed Products Ltd. to be deposited into M/s Group Four Engineering's account.
BMC failed to comply despite three prior letters, prompting the court to set a December 11 deadline for a compliance report.
Fifth Civil Judge Megha Agarwal warned of further action if orders are not executed immediately.
Non-compliance by the deadline will require BMC officials to appear in person before the court.
