Minister Srinivas Reddy Distributes Pattas, Rebukes Opposition Claims
Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy met people in Mahabubabad district to discuss farms and development.
He gave land passbooks to 780 farmers in Narayanapur.
The passbooks cover about 1,398 acres.
Problems involving about 150 acres still need to be checked.
The minister said eligible farmers could receive passbooks after that review.
He also announced a large land survey called BhuBharati.
The survey is meant to record land more clearly and reduce future arguments.

The BhuBharati survey will initially cover 70 revenue villages in every district before expanding statewide.
