Ericsson to Export India-Made Antennas to Global Markets

Ericsson makes equipment used by phone networks.

It plans to make more antennas and other telecom equipment in India.

The company says more than 15,000 antennas have been made there since July 2025.

It also says 25 million components have been produced in India during that time.

Ericsson plans to send some India-made equipment to other countries.

Europe is one of the markets it mentioned.

The antennas are designed for 5G standalone and AI-ready networks, as well as future network changes.

Ericsson announced the plans at India Mobile Congress 2026.
