Lakshmipuram Circle Renamed Vajpayee Circle

The BJP state president, P.V.N. Madhav, announced that Lakshmipuram Circle in Guntur will be renamed Vajpayee Circle to honor the former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

This announcement was made during the unveiling of Vajpayee's statue at Lakshmipuram Junction.

Madhav praised Vajpayee for his inclusive politics, leadership, and contributions to national development, including the telecom revolution and modern technology.

Galla Madhavi, the Guntur West MLA, highlighted Vajpayee's firm decisions on national security, especially during the Kargil conflict, and his efforts for peace and harmony.

Mayor Kovelamudi Ravindra mentioned that the statue will educate future generations about Vajpayee's life and ideals, encouraging political leaders to follow his values.
