iD Fresh Food Shifts Strategy to Trading Partners
iD Fresh Food is a company that makes food.
They are changing their plan for growing outside of India.
Instead of building their own factories, they will work with other companies to sell their products in places like the US, UK, and Canada.
This way, they can grow faster and spend less money.
They already have enough factories in India to support their growth there for the next few years.
They also got new money from a company called Apax Partners to help them grow internationally.
They are also adding new products to their list every year.
iD Fresh Food is focusing on trading partnerships for overseas expansion instead of building manufacturing units.
The company has sufficient domestic capacity with four owned plants and two third-party facilities in India.
iD Fresh Food secured funding from Apax Partners LLP, which will help with international expansion.
The company posted a revenue of ₹688.2 crore and a net profit of ₹50.75 crore in FY25.
iD Fresh Food plans to add 10–15 new products annually and is expanding in newer markets like Surat and Goa.
