India Faces Growing Crisis with Rising Stray Dog Population

India has a big problem with stray dogs.

There are more homeless dogs in India than anywhere else in the world, about 60 million!

This is causing a lot of problems, like dog bites, which are happening more and more.

Unfortunately, the money to help these dogs, like building shelters and sterilizing them so they can't have puppies, is not as much as before.

This is a big issue in India.
