Signature Global Q3 Sales Decline 27%
Signature Global, a company that builds homes, recently reported that their sales for the last three months of 2025 were much lower than the same time last year.
They sold fewer homes and made less money.
This happened even though this time of year is usually good for selling homes because of festivals.
The company thinks that one reason might be that a big new project started too late to help sales.
Even though things are slow now, the company is still hopeful and has big plans for the future.
They want to sell even more homes this year than last year, but it might be hard because sales have been slow.
The company also mentioned that they are collecting more money from buyers, which is a good sign.
Signature Global reported a 27% year-on-year decline in sales bookings to Rs 2,020 crore for Q3 FY26.
The company sold 408 housing units in Q3 FY26, down from 1,518 units in the same period last year.
Sales area declined to 1.44 million square feet, compared to 2.49 million square feet a year earlier.
Nine-month sales bookings for FY26 declined 23% to Rs 6,680 crore, with 1,746 units sold.
The company maintains a positive outlook and has set a target of Rs 12,500 crore in sales bookings for FY26.
