UPTAC Counselling 2026 Round 1 Seat Allotment Announced

The UPTAC Counselling 2026 Round 1 Seat Allotment Result is out.

This is for students who want to join engineering and other professional courses in Uttar Pradesh.

The seats are given based on JEE Main 2026 ranks, the choices students filled, and seat availability.

Students who got a seat must accept it and pay a fee by July 20, 2026.

They can choose to freeze their seat, which means they keep it and won't try for other seats, or float, which means they keep the current seat but can try for a better one later.

If they don't accept the seat on time, they might lose it.

The fee is Rs 20,000 for general and OBC students and Rs 12,000 for SC and ST students.

The next round of counselling starts after July 20, 2026.
