Jammu and Kashmir Deputy CM Urges Congress Government Entry

Jammu and Kashmir has a government led by Omar Abdullah.

The National Conference and Congress are alliance partners.

Congress is part of the alliance but has not joined the government itself.

Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Kumar Choudhary said Congress should join soon.

He said the alliance had wanted this since the government was formed.

Choudhary said Congress must make the final decision.

He believes Congress joining would make the government stronger and more effective.

He also said no one was being bribed or pressured to join.
