Narsi Reddy Calls for Unity Against Economic Gaps
A former leader named Narsi Reddy spoke at a meeting in Hyderabad.
He said that India has big problems with money and fairness.
He explained that the government is giving too much money to big companies and not enough to regular people.
This makes it hard for poor and middle-class people to get good education and healthcare.
He asked everyone to work together to fix these problems.
Many other leaders and groups were there to support this idea.
They also remembered a leader named Akshay Kumar Dattu, who worked hard to help people.
Former MLC Alugubelli Narsi Reddy urged progressive forces to unite against socio-economic disparities in India.
He criticized current policies for favoring corporate powers and worsening living standards for the poor and middle class.
Reddy alleged that over 40% of the budget goes to corporate subsidies, while less than 10% is spent on the needs of nearly 70% of the population.
He warned that corporate interference in education and healthcare has made these services unaffordable for ordinary citizens.
Chava Ravi, presiding over the meeting, demanded that education remain in the state list to prevent centralization through policies like the National Education Policy 2020.
